JTEKT 5-AXIS HMC - FH/FA Series

The FH1250SX 5-axis is a horizontal machining center crafted for intricate machining of complex and large parts. It boasts a 15,000 RPM integral tilting spindle and impressive rapid feed rates of 1,260 ipm (32 m/min) on the X and Y axes, along with 1,654 ipm (42 m/min) on the Z axis. 

The FA1050S 5-Axis trunnion table facilitates intricate 5-axis machining. Its dual-drive mechanisms provide robust support for heavy workpieces, and the inclusion of high-resolution rotary encoders ensures precise positioning in simultaneous 5-axis applications. 

Engineered as a best-in-class 5-axis machine for a 630 mm platform, the FH630SX-i 5-Axis is tailored for intricate part machining. It is equipped with an 8,000 RPM high-torque spindle and offers the flexibility of a 15,000 RPM high-power, multi-use spindle. The replaceable taper design enhances maintainability. The tilting spindle incorporates a sturdy C-axis drive train, and its expanded C-axis swivel range of 230 degrees accommodates wider components.

A state-of-the-art oil-recirculating heat exchange system is in place to maintain consistent spindle temperature, minimizing thermal spindle expansion.
